At 3K Fire & Rescue Solutions, our team is led by Joel Kordik, a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for supporting rural communities. Joel holds certifications as a Paramedic, TXDSHS EMS Instructor, TCFP Instructor 1, SFFMA Instructor 1, and ECSI Instructor. With 14 years of combined volunteer and career fire service, alongside 14 years of 911 EMS service, Joel brings extensive expertise to our training and consulting services. His commitment to empowering rural volunteer fire departments and enhancing community safety drives our mission to deliver top-tier fire training, documentation solutions, and CPR/First Aid/AED programs.
