His credentials include certifications as a Paramedic, TXDSHS EMS Instructor, TCFP Instructor I, SFFMA Instructor I, and ECSI Instructor, reflecting his commitment to excellence in education and emergency response.

Meet Austin Carter is an accomplished professional whose passion for strengthening rural communities shines through his extensive expertise and leadership in fire and emergency medical services. With over 14 years of dedicated fire service and 12 years of 911 EMS experience, Austin holds an impressive array of certifications, including Advanced EMT, TCFP Instructor I, SFFMA Instructor I, TCFP Master Firefighter, and numerous additional TCFP credentials.
As a proud member of his local Volunteer Fire Department, Austin’s commitment to public safety is unwavering. His mission is to empower rural volunteer fire departments by delivering exceptional, high-quality fire training programs that enhance community resilience and safety.
